Reservations can be made online through our booking page.

Walk-ins are welcome whenever space is available.

Groups of 6 or more guests require a $25 reservation deposit, which is applied toward your final balance.

Private Candle Parties require a $50 reservation deposit.

Individual reservations may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before your appointment.

Group and private event deposits are refundable when cancelled 7 or more days in advance.

Your candle will be ready approximately 2 hours after you finish pouring.

While it cures, we encourage you to explore downtown Zelienople.

Burn time depends on the vessel you choose, but every candle is designed to provide many hours of enjoyment with proper care.

Trim your wick to ¼ inch before each burn, allow the wax to melt evenly to the edges, and burn for 2–4 hours at a time. Always keep your candle on a heat-safe surface, away from drafts, children, pets, and flammable items. Never leave a burning candle unattended, and discontinue use when about ½ inch of wax remains.

Once your candle has fully cooled, pop the vessel into the freezer for a few hours or overnight. The wax will shrink and should lift out easily. Remove the wick tab, wipe the vessel clean, and bring it back to Zelie Candle Bar for a refill discount.

Your candle continues to develop after pouring. For the best fragrance performance, we recommend allowing your candle to cure at least 2 days before lighting it.

Our candle bar seats 12 guests at one time.

Larger groups are accommodated through rotating candle pouring sessions so everyone can enjoy the experience comfortably.
