Shipping Your Candle Pouring Experience
Can't stay while your candle cures?
Guests who create a candle in our studio can choose to have their finished candle shipped directly to their home for our $10 flat shipping fee. We'll carefully package your candle and send you tracking information as soon as it's on its way.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Warm Weather Shipping
Candles are sensitive to heat.
During periods of extreme temperatures, we may temporarily delay shipments to help ensure your order arrives in the best possible condition. If weather is expected to impact your shipment, we'll contact you with any updates or recommendations.
